Guest Chef Beer Pairing Dinner @ EWB

East West Brewing Co. will be hosting a beer pairing dinner on February 27th, from 7-9:30PM featuring Guest Chef Adrian Chong Yen. The dinner will take place on East West’s Rooftop Beer Garden.

Chef Adrian will create a custom one of a kind four course dinner where each course will be paired with special brews from East West Brewery.

1 Welcome Drink (160ml) || Canapés
1st Course → Saigon Rosé || Tuna Tartare
2nd Course → East West Pale Ale || Grilled Tiger Prawns
3rd Course → Far East IPA || Crispy Suckling Pig
4th Course → Coffee Vanilla Porter || Chocolate Fondant

The cost of the meal with beer pairings is 755.000VND+/pax.
