Session Format:
- Opening mindful breathing practice (guided meditation, music, mantras)
- Experience sharing (family/work/personal time-management)
- Introduction of weekly mindfulness topic
- Group/individual practice
- Closing meditation/body scan
Materials: Please bring own mat, pen, notebook.
