Session Format:

  • Opening mindful breathing practice (guided meditation, music, mantras)
  • Experience sharing (family/work/personal time-management)
  • Introduction of weekly mindfulness topic
  • Group/individual practice
  • Closing meditation/body scan

Materials: Please bring own mat, pen, notebook.
