Chef Jean Michel Fraisse is the owner of the highly esteemed restaurant ‘French Feast’ in Kuala Lumpur, notably famed for its deliciously authentic regional cuisine of France.

‘French Feast in Saigon’ offers diners the chance to delight in a large selection of traditional French dishes at an affordable price. Favourites include duck confit terrine, beef Bourguignon, coq au vin, Castelnaudary cassoulet, snapper with anise sauce and cured pork belly Basquaise, Armagnac apple croustade, tarte tatin, brioche façon pain perdu and chocolate mousse.
