Guest chefs from Korea will be presenting a special menu of dishes from their homeland that will be available Monday to Friday for VND648,000++ per person including free flow German draught beer, juice and soft drinks; and on Saturday and Sunday for VND738,00++ including free flow sparkling wine.
Heading up this incredible culinary adventure will be Chef Hwa Sook Lee and Chef Young Joon Yun from the Imperial Palace Hotel in Seoul. Chef Lee has more than three decades of experience in the culinary industry, while Chef Yun and gained wide praise for bringing a modern sensibility to Korean classics.
Some of the traditional dishes for guests to enjoy include Bulgogi Beef, Chilled Jellyfish Salad, Three-Coloured Pancake, Spicy Grilled Eel and Cucumber Kimchi. Something for everyone to enjoy!
