A Russian Night Concert

Works from outstanding Russian composers Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, Alexandre Porfirievitch Borodine, with performers from Orchestre National De France, Opéra De Paris and Ho Chi Minh City Conservatory of Music:

Cellist Jérôme Lefranc is a member of the Opéra National de Paris Orchestra. He was invited to perform in France and around the world. He is a frequent guest in the cello section of Orchestre National de France, Orchestre Philharmonique de Radio France, Orchestre National de Lyon, Philharmonia Orchestra in London and was principal guest cello of Orchestre National du Capitole.

Violinist Nguyen Huu Khoi Nam is a member of the French National Orchestra since 1997. First prize of the violin competition “Lutèce” and the FNAPEC (chamber music) with the quartet “impresa”, he is invited to perform in several countries in Europe, on radio and television. Violin solo of the ensemble “New Generation of Paris” since 2006, he participates in the festival “Spring of Seoul” in South Korea and gives master classes in South Korea.

Viola artist Thien Bao graduated the Master degree in Viola Performance with highest distinction under the instruction of Prof. Gerard Causse and Isabelle Lequien. He held “DAI” (Diploma Artists Interpret – the equivalent level of the Doctor degree in Music Performance in France) at the Paris National Conservatory of Music. In 2015, Thien Bao came back to Vietnam with his own musical projects and hopes to contribute in developing classical music in Vietnam.

Violinist Nguyen Huu Nguyen finished his master degree in chamber music at the Conservatory of Paris. He was selected for the Orchestre National de France in 1999 and promoted Third Soloist by Maestro Kurt Masur in 2003. Nguyen performed many concerts in France and in Vietnam. His concerts were broadcast on Vietnam Television, BBC, and Radio-France.

Pianist Ho Dac Thuy Hoang holds a Master’s degree in Piano Performance from the Longy School of Music in Massachusetts, USA. She has appeared as a soloist with the New England Philharmonic Orchestra and the Longy Chamber Orchestra. Her chamber music concerts include duo-recitals with cellist Markus Nyikos (principal cellist of Philharmonische Virtuosen Berlin) chamber music with the Darius Quartet of L’Orchestre National de France and with the HCM city Conservatory Strings Quartet.

This concert promises to give audiences great moments.
