A two-day community festival and workshop program that showcases the very best of local, regional and international arts and culture in a comprehensive program of art, theater, dance, music, circus, spoken word, street performance, visual arts and more. Soul Carnivale combines a multitude of events in the same space, featuring two stages, bringing together both local and international acts, with the goal of giving artists as much exposure as possible.
