Top of the Town Unveils New Menu

The iconic Top of the Town restaurant on the 25th floor of Windsor Plaza Hotel in the heritage quarter of historic Saigon, has a new international menu.

Top of the Town Bar & Restaurant offers a spectacular 360 degree view of Ho Chi Minh City’s skyline – it’s the perfect destination for any celebration, romantic dinner, or private party.

Sporting a comprehensive international wine list and a la carte menu, the restaurant attracts romantic couples, cozy family gatherings and luxury dining.

Besides its new revised standard menu, the restaurant creates something different every month. During March, Top of the Town Bar & Restaurant is introducing a modern a la carte menu featuring an array of specialties from guest Italian chef Fabrizio Valdetara and a selection of Vietnamese favorites. April will feature Hot Pot.

Popular menu dishes remain on the new menu, which runs until the end of 2014: treats such as Crispy Fried Prawns, Squid, Sea Bream, Zucchini, and Tomato Basil Light Mayonnaise – and the delicious mix of V-Garden Mixed Salad combined with Beef rolls La Lot and Vietnamese Spaghetti (bun tuoi).

Specially recommended by the chef is Italian vegetable soup, with basil and extra virgin olive oil or Minestrone.

For mains, he recommends V-Tortelli filled with pumpkin, stewed cabbage, truffle oil and Parmesan sauce.

Those who love al fresco dining and mouth-watering BBQ dishes can dine on the adjacent outdoor terrace. Here, the menu includes grilled chicken, pork, beef and seafood.

Why not drop by and soak up the vibrant atmosphere while viewing the bustle of Vietnam’s most cosmopolitan city and enjoying the beautiful flavours of Top of the Town’s food and varied drinks.
