Fusion Suites Da Nang Beach has opened Zen, a new rooftop restaurant on the 23rd floor.
Whether you are seated in the air-conditioned dining room or on the spacious outdoor terrace, Zen benefits from picturesque views of Da Nang City, an incredible backdrop of Monkey Mountain and the calm, relaxing ocean breeze from the East Sea. Zen offers intimate dining in a trendy, relaxed environment that represents its sophisticated cuisine.
The menu is a fusion of East-meets-West cuisine, crafted from fresh local harvests and well-sourced raw ingredients.
Executive chef of Fusion Suites, Fernando Roman, explains: “Our philosophy is simple. We are here to provide a memorable experience by redefining the essence of naturally good, wholesome foods, innovatively influenced by our home in South East Asia, and the experiences of our western chefs.”
Starters include oysters with lime granite and spiced rock salt and pumpkin soup with garlic croutons and frozen ginger. Main courses include sweet and spicy chicken roulade served with sticky rice. Finish dinner on the sweet side with an indulgent chocolate mousse, perfectly complemented by crispy durian. For those with a more exotic taste-indulge in the sago banana with coconut infused milk and berry coulis.
There is also a delightful tasting menu comprising an array of Zen flavors, perfect for those who find it difficult to choose.
Open from 5pm, Zen offers the perfect vantage to enjoy sundowners. Don’t miss the signature cocktail “Pho”, a creation that draws interesting inspiration from the history of Vietnam. Zen also pays homage to traditional classic cocktails and martinis. The beverage menu features special Zen shooters and includes fine wines, carefully selected to tantalize the most delectable palate.
