“Dinner In The Sky” flights will soon be offering the most exclusive way to bring in the Year of the Monkey
This spectacular dining event will run early in the new lunar year and will include a selection of Cocktail & Canapé flights, and exquisite Dinner flights.
Guests will enjoy the absolute best view of the city, 60 metres up in the sky as well as the best cuisine.
The event will take place nearby the Saigon River in an amazing and central location overlooking the river and the city. Each flight will take 22 guests on the Events In The Sky table, which is lifted up into sky by a crane, providing the most unique dining experience Vietnam has ever seen.

Chef Sakal talking about the menu: “I wanted to create a special menu for Vietnam gormands, combining French and Vietnamese flavors with the best ingredients from both countries. I use Vietnamese crab and French Atlantic oysters to combine to a tartar and finish the dish with coriander and avocado from Dalat. The “Pho” is probably the most famous Vietnamese dish around the world. What many people may not know is that the name originally derives from “Pot au feu”, a traditional French beef stew. To put a French twist on this dish, I use foie gras instead of beef or chicken. Lobster should always be present in a menu during festival season in my opinion. Venison I use because it is the hunting period now. The whole menu is well balanced and lets the guest experience many different kinds of flavors and textures”
