EMR *9999 Services Expanding

Family Medical Practice’s EMR *9999 emergency medical response will now be covering more areas in HCMC.
EMR *9999 emergency medical response service now covers more areas in HCMC. The expanded coverage zones include: Districts 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,10,11, Phu Nhuan, Binh Thanh, Go Vap, and Tan Binh.
Subscriptions to EMR *9999 is VND 575,000 per person per year.
Benefits include —
* 24/7 emergency cal service from anywhere in HCMC with life-saving support in English and Vietnamese.
* Unlimited and free ambulance transportation and emergency medical care en route within the HCMC coverage zone (subject to terms and conditions)
For Non-Subscribers, they can still access the *9999 for emergency calls and get medical advice but ambulance pickups in covered zones will be chargeable at VND 1,840,000 (equivalent of USD 80) during normal business hours (8am – 7pm Mon to Sat) and VND 4,140,000 (equivalent of USD 180) outside of business hours and on holidays.
Any pickups for subscribers and non-subscribers outside the coverage zones will be charged our normal evacuation rates starting at VND 7,958,000 (equivalent of USD 346).
