George’s Greek dinner buffet offers guests the opportunity to experience some of the finest dishes and wines from the Mediterranean. Traditional Greek ‘mezze’ (appetisers) such as ’Khoriatiki’ country salad, ‘Fasolatha’ soup, ‘Tzatziki’ and ‘Skordalia’ dips, Kalamata olives, marinated feta cheese and homemade pita bread.
With a wide variety of traditional Greek dishes, diners will have the opportunity to try ‘Souvlaki’ grilled meat skewers, ‘Spanakopita’ baked feta pastries, ‘Stifado’ beef stew, ‘Prawn saganaki’, ‘Kokkinista’ meatballs and of course ‘Moussaka’.
