The forum of Young Women Leaders International Networking, founded by Mrs. Nguyen Thu Huong successfully launched on July 9. The event attracted a great deal of young women from age 18 to 28. Besides the life stories of girls who have been successful on the road to pursue their dreams, the program helps inspire and encourage girls to be confident, brave and follow their aspirations.
The meaning of Young WLIN
At the forum, runner-up of Mrs. World Nguyen Thu Huong shared, Young Women Leaders International Networking (Young WLIN) was founded for the purpose of offering a good environment for young Vietnamese girls to communicate, learn, exchange and assert the value of their lives with confidence. With the theme “Follow Your Dream”, Young WLIN assembled Vietnamese girls who have the determination and desire to become talented women leaders in the future. Ms. Thu Huong hopes Young WLIN will be a helpful starting point for the girls and a good opportunity to meet other young women leaders and establish a community of young women entrepreneurs in Vietnam.

Forum speakers
The forum welcomed the participation of speakers; young girls successfully shaping their dreams and pursuing their life’s passion: MC Vu Ngoc Hoang Oanh, Director Producer of the channel CNNMoney Asia Pacific Ms. Angelia Le Van Anh, Master Nguyen Tran Phi Yen – Lecturer of Faculty of International Relations, University of Social Sciences & Humanities and the founder of Zigzag Career, Ambassador Tran Thi Thu Ngan and Truong Thien Huong – a young CEO coming from PTI Business School. With their experience in achieving success, the girls shared practical stories with the audience in the show. Moreover they encouraged young Vietnamese girls to overcome obstacles and challenges and pursue their dreams with all their heart.
The Young Women Leaders International Forum 2016 introduced the first ambassador of Network – Tran Thi Thu Ngan. Thu Ngan is an overseas student in Switzerland. Recently, she returned to Vietnam in order to participate in community projects. At the Forum, Thu Ngan shared that her greatest wish is to become a successful businesswoman and a social activist. As a child, Ngan and her mother participated in social activities and volunteer works. As a result, it became an integral part of who she is. Now, her biggest dream is to spend half of her time becoming a successful women leader and saving as much property as possible. And the other half , sharing all property as donation. She hoped that her social projects would receive more attention and help from everyone. With good academic achievement and a compassionate heart, Thu Ngan has a lot of credibility as Ambassador of Young WLIN and Ambassador of Children Welfare Fund in Vietnam.
