The Royal Thai Consulate-General in HCMC, in close cooperation with Saneh Jann restaurant BKK and Grain Cooking Studio HCMC, are organizing a unique live Thai cooking demonstration and dinner with wine pairing on Saturday, 26th August 2017 from 06.30 to 09.30 PM at Grain Cooking Studio @ Level 3, 71-75 Hai Ba Trung, Dist.1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (www.grainbyluke.com/contact.html).
Four courses of famous authentic Thai dishes will be presented by two renowned chefs, Chef Olivier Castellla, a Culinary Director and the President of Les disciples d’Escoffier Thailand as well as Chef Putchara Pheeraphak, Chef de Cuisine of Saneh Jann restaurant. Both are well-known for their influences on Thai cuisine as well as unique and modern approaches to classic Thai flavors and ingredients with varied cooking techniques.
