Sri Lanka Sports Club, the quadruple Champion

Sri Lanka Sports Club (SSC) in Ho Chi Minh City are the winners of the Vietnam Cricket Association (VCA) championship in 2017. SSC beat Indian Cricket Club of Saigon (ICCS) by 2 wickets in the finals to win the Dr. Laurie Hayward memorial cup . This is the 4th year SSC has won the Championship. Other participating teams in the VCA league are ISCS (India), UCC (united), PSCC (Pakistan) and ECCS (England)

Match held at Saigon Cricket Ground (SCG) in district 11 Ho chi minh city.

SSC captained by Sumedha and vice captain by Dileepa. Other team members are Vasu (Manager), Priyantha, Joel, Bertram, Chandana, Akila, Sam, Sumith, Anushka, Janaka, Chamila, Chaminda, Thuseth, Nilanka, Dimuthu, Thiwanka, Siva, Prasanga, Fahim, Danushka, Dilum, Nayanesh, Vageesha, Sajith, Rukmal and Jeewantha.
