Taste of Australia is an annual Vietnam-wide celebration of Australian food, beverages, cuisine and culture that will promote quality products – green, safe, sustainable and healthy.
2018 marks the 45th anniversary of Australia-Vietnam diplomatic relations, and as part of the Taste of Australia 2018, the Australian Government will again host a culinary competition for young Vietnamese Culinary students or recent graduates to show off their talents. The winning team will represent Nha Trang at the nation-wide finals in Danang where they will meet celebrity chef Luke Nguyen and chef Ngo Thanh Hoa who will be part of the judges panel. They will also have a chance to win fantastic prices that will help further their careers and their experience in the food and hospitality industry. This great battle of talents will happen on 17 April at Sheraton’s Cooking school on level 6.
